Bio

I am a native Los Angeles artist. As a child, the first thing I remember wanting to be was an artist. Influences and impressions which have shaped my art path are stories, Disney, dioramas, and cultures, particularly that of my Japanese heritage. 

My current mixed media approach combines paper, artist markers, and the use of lights in the creation of three dimensional works. Housed in boxes, my story-based art has been described as “windows into another world”. I use both realism and fantasy to produce pieces through which I not only process life, but seek to share it as well.
